Diana K. Patrick Castle, age 52 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 3, 2021, at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. She was born November 20, 1968, in Auburn, Indiana to the late George Daniel Patrick and Patricia King Patrick who survives.
Survived by her husband, Russell Lee Castle, three sons, Tyler (Lindsey) Lemaster, Terrance Daniel (Chelsey) Lemaster, Taylor (Kennedy) Lemaster all Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Jerry (Ashley) Patrick, Jeff Patrick, both of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Pamela (LaShawnda) Patrick of Georgetown, Kentucky, Mona (Kevin) Runyon of Inez, Kentucky, three grandchildren, Lucas Lemaster, Lincoln Lemaster, and Hayden Lemaster.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, September 06, 2021, from the Magoffin County Funeral Home with Randy Haney officiating. Burial followed in the Castle – Lemaster Family Cemetery, Lakeville, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
