SALYERSVILLE — The Magoffin County High School boys’ basketball program and Mi Hacienda have teamed up for a fundraiser.
The MCHS boys’ basketball program will receive a percentage of Mi Hacienda’s sales on Thursday. Nov. 3.
The Hornets are preparing to compete in the 2022-23 boys’ high school basketball season. Among the Top 5 boys’ high school basketball teams in the 15th Region, 57th District frontrunner Magoffin County returns an experienced group.
Magoffin County, Johnson Central, Martin County and Paintsville comprise the 57th District.
The Hornets, under the direction of Coach Scott Castle, opened preseason practice in mid-October.
Magoffin County is scheduled to tip off its season in early-December.
