SITKA — Salyersville driver Chandler Lykins pushed for a feature win in the Open Wheel Modified feature race at 201 Speedway on Saturday, June 20.
After starting sixth, Lykins managed to finish second in the Open Wheel Modified feature race.
Brandon Hutchinson (McDowell) started first and prevailed in the Open Wheel Modified class.
Brandon Russell, another Salyersville driver, started 10th and finished sixth in the Open Wheel Modified feature race.
The results from the Open Wheel Modified feature race were as follows: 1. A85-Brandon Hutchinson, 2. 45-Chandler Lykins, 3. 3N-Nathan Martin, 4. 15-Brandon Mason, 5. C21-Caiden Yates, 6. B32-Brandon Russell, 7. 34-Michael Lackey, 8. 1M-Byron Mays, 9. 7T-Tommy McClain, 10. 63M-Jeremy Holbrook, 11. 02-Rick Barker, 12. 43J-Jacob Hall, 13. 5B-Buddy Brodan, 14. 13-Hunter McCloud.
Both Dustin Mosley (22) and Ervin Vance (P20) did not start in the Open Wheel Modified feature race.
