Steven Ray Howard age 40 of College Heights, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, November 06, 2024 at the St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. He was born November 10, 1983 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Timothy Ray Blackburn and the late Carolyn Jean Gibson Blackburn.
Survived by his father, step-mother, Kimberlea Gilpin, one son, Timothy Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Haley Ratliff of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Harold Ray Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, four sisters, Patricia Ann Morgan of Ohio, Crystal Gail Helton, Kari Renea Howard both of Salyersville, Kentucky, and Amanda Jean Brown of Hebron, Kentucky.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
