Jenetta Bailey Helton age 88 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, November 10, 2025 at the St. Claire Hospital in Morehead, Kentucky. She was born February 04, 1937 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Doris and Josephine Bailey.
Survived by two sons, Danny (Shawna) Helton, Jerry (Kim) Helton, two daughters, Connie Boleyn, Sandy (David) Wireman, two brothers, Bobby Bailey, Bill Bailey, two sisters, Loretta Allen, Deloris James, grandchildren, Jason (Donna) Boleyn, Josh Helton, Danyelle (Sam) Lemaster, Chase Helton, Tonya Greene, Sabrina (Gary) Gipson, Stephanie Helton-DeBorde, Chris Helton, Cody Helton, Aimee Helton, Keisha Gibbs, great grandchildren, Bryson Boleyn, Conner Boleyn, Isabella Watkins, Rylee Lemaster, Galvin (Emily) Greene, Jaiden Greene, Taylor DeBorde, Jasper Gipson, Chance Gipson, Christopher Risner, and great-great granddaughter, Kenley June Cantrell.
In addition to her parents, Jenetta is preceded in death by her husband, Dennie June Helton, one son, Randy Helton, one daughter, Sherry Helton, grandson, Jeremy Helton, son-in-law Roy Boleyn, one sister, Flora Witten, and one brother, Elwood Bailey.
To her family and all who knew her, Jenetta was the heart of the home-steady, warm, and full of love. Her memory will continue to live on through the many lives she touched.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, November 14, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home with Shawn Yates officiating. Burial followed in the Helton Cemetery at Helton Branch, Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
