SALYERSVILLE – The following indictment, handed down on February 19 by a Magoffin County grand jury, was released this week:
Eric D. Allen, 34, of Bloomington Road, in Salyersville, is charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine (Class C felony). According to the indictment, on or about February 13, 2025, in Magoffin County, Allen allegedly knowingly and unlawfully manufactured, distributed, dispensed, sold, transferred, or possessed, with the intent to manufacture, distribute or sell a quantity of methamphetamine.
A warrant was issued for the defendant charged in the indictment that was released. Indictments are only released after the defendants are served in their cases.
