Katherine Knight Devall, age 57, a resident of Parkway Drive in Salyersville, Kentucky, formally of Lexington, Kentucky and Florida; passed away peacefully Thursday, September 3, 2026, at ARH Paintsville in Paintsville, Kentucky.
Born June 2, 1969, in Asheboro, North Carolina, the daughter of the late Hal Knight and Janet S. Wagoner.
Brother, Connor Dee Shaw, also preceded in death.
Katherine was employed as an accountant and a highly awarded equestrian for over thirty years until her retirement. She was the winner of countless awards throughout the years. she specialized in breeding, raising babies, and rehabbing horses. Thoroughbreds were her passion.
Those left to mourn includes daughter, Elizabeth B. Cox and husband Steven of Trenton, Florida, granddaughter, Karter Elizabeth Cox, a host of family and friends.
A memorial service for Katherine Knight Devall will be announced at a later date.
