Jakob Ray Duchnowski, age 2 months, a resident of Zeno Duchnowski Road in Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, May 6, 2021.
Jakob was born March 6, 2021 at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg, Kentucky son of Joshua Sr. and Karissa Duchnowski.
In addition to his parents those left to mourn includes brothers, Connor Duchnowski and Joshua Duchnowski Jr. Sisters Adaleiha Duchnowski and Makenna Duchnowski. Grandparents Robert Duchnowski Sr, JoMarie Duchnowski, Dale Mason and Tracey Cline, several aunts, uncles and cousins who love and will miss him.
Funeral services for Jakob Ray Duchnowski were conducted Tuesday May 11 from the White Oak Church on Grape Creek in Salyersville, Kentucky. Clergy Cherokee Gipson delivered comforting words on the day of the service. Interment followed in the Duchnowski Prater Cemetery on Left Hand Fork of Johnson Fork in Salyersville, Kentucky.
