Douglas Edwin “Stallion” Patrick age 63 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, formerly of Salyersville, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky. He was born January 24, 1961 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Charles Patrick and Mary McCarty Patrick, who survives.
Survived by his mother, his wife, Tana Marie Watkins Patrick, four sons, Michael (Ashley) Patrick of Plymouth, Indiana, Rex Douglas (Leighann) Patrick of Salyersville, Kentucky, Cody Watkins, Corey Watkins both of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, one daughter, Amanda (Chris) Cole of Royalton, Kentucky, one step-daughter, Stephanie Lyon of West Liberty, Kentucky, three brothers, Danny Patrick, Tommy Patrick both of Salyersville, Kentucky, Gary Patrick of Paintsville, Kentucky, two sisters, Kathy Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, Misty Duncan of Paintsville, Kentucky, five grandchildren, Michael Shane Patrick, Keira Patrick, McKayla Patrick, Ethan Cole, Lexie Cole, five step-grandchildren, Tristan Lyon, Dalton Lyon, Madison Lyon, Caleb Lyon, McKinley Lyon, and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, August 31, 2024 from the Salyersville First Baptist Church with Elza Lee “Ajax” Kissinger officiating. Burial followed in the Watkins Family Cemetery at State Road Fork, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
