Franklin D. Murphy Ross age 66 of West Liberty, Kentucky passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023 at his home. He was born August 11, 1957 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Willie Lee Ross and the late Mary K. Stacey.
Survived by four sons, Frank Ross of Salyersville, Kentucky, Frank Ross, Jr. of Paintsville, Kentucky, Jordan Murphy, Jaylee Murphy both of Elliott County, Kentucky, three daughters, Melinda Miller, Melissa Ross, Audrey Keeton all of Salyersville, Kentucky, four step-children, Daniel Sparks of West Liberty, Kentucky, B.J. Sparks of Salyersville, Kentucky, Christy Gipson of Paintsville, Kentucky, Michelle Sparks of Michigan, one brother, Hager Ross of Campton, Kentucky, four sisters, Louise (William) Gipson, Christine Nickels both of Salyersville, Kentucky, Juanita Banks of Campton, Kentucky, Daisy Holland of West Liberty, Kentucky, twenty-six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Franklin is preceded in death by one daughter, Marlana Ross, two step-children, Jack Gipson, Donna Owens, two brothers, Billy Ross, and Willie J. Ross.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, October 01, 2023 from the Bethlehem To Calvary Apostolic Church with Greg Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Keeton Cemetery at Middle Fork, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Friday, September 29, 2023 after 5:00 P.M., all day Saturday, September 30, 2023 and any time prior to funeral services.
