Patsy Bailey Collins age 66 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born June 11, 1957 in Stockbridge, Michigan to the late Art McCoy and Bertie Marie Allen Bailey.
Surviving Patsy is one son, Danny Collins, Jr., and one daughter, Patricia and husband Jesse Tackett, two brothers, Delmer Bailey and wife Donna, Chalmer Bailey and wife Tina, three sisters, Lois Barker and husband, Robert, Pansy Sutton and husband Jay, and Teresa Wilson and husband Don, with a host of nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, preceding Patsy in death is her husband of forty-nine years, Rev. Danny Collins, two brothers, Elmer Bailey, and James Bailey, two nieces, Melissa Sutton, and Tammy Miller.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, June 17, 2023 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home with Ravin Fields, Jr. officiating. Burial followed in the Johnson County Memorial Cemetery at Staffordsville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
