Priscilla Mae Mullins Joseph age 84 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 24, 2024 at her home. She was born January 12, 1940 to the late Herbert and Nora Joseph Mullins.
Survived by two sons, Paul Wayne (Denise) Holbrook of Fleming County, Kentucky, William Randy (Teresa) Joseph of Salyersville, Kentucky, two daughters, Diane Holbrook Phipps of West Liberty, Kentucky, Billie (Terry) Allen of Royalton, Kentucky, one brother, John (Sandy) Mullins of Pennsylvania, two sisters, Kathy Frederick of Morehead, Kentucky, Deborah (J.D.) Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, seven grandchildren, Samantha Allen Trout, Matthew Holbrook, Joshua Phipps, Joseph Holbrook, Brandon Holbrook, Ryan Phipps, William Allen, fifteen great grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Priscilla is preceded in death by her husband, Billy R. Joseph, one son, Harry Holbrook, and one great-granddaughter, Madison Allen.
Priscilla was a faithful member of the Licking River Baptist Church.
Graveside services were conducted Saturday, October 26, 2024 from the Joseph Cemetery at Mason, Kentucky with James Maynard officiating.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
