Richard “Ricky-Cadillac” Risner age 59 of Royalton, Kentucky passed away Wednesday. September 20, 2023 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. He was born January 19, 1964 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to George and Brenda Gay Poe Risner.
Survived by his parents, four brothers, Emanuel Risner, Ben Risner, Ralph Risner all of Royalton, Kentucky, and Flip (Julie) Risner of Salyersville, Kentucky.
Ricky is preceded in death by one brother, Rondall Risner.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, September 24, 2023 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Dallas Patrick and Jimmy Patrick officiating. Burial followed in the Stephen Howard Cemetery at Royalton, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
