Stella Zene Risner Rowe age 78 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, November 25, 2022 at the Salyersville Health Care Center in Salyersville, Kentucky. She was born December 05, 1943 at Gullett Branch in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Sam and Minnie Rose Arnett Risner.
Survived by her husband Harlan “Sarge” Rowe, two sons, Sigs B. Rowe, Rigs B. (Becky) Rowe, both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Mattie Rose Rowe of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Gary “Rooster” Risner of Salyersville, Kentucky, six grandchildren, Makayla, Heath, Jeffery, Dylan, Chaseton, Liberty Rose, four great grandchildren, Deron, Eli, Willow, and Aubrey.
In addition to her parents, Stella is preceded in death by one sister, Anette Risner King.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Patrick, Dallas Patrick, and Arbadella Reed officiating. Burial followed in the Harlan Rowe Family Cemetery at Down & Around, Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
