SALYERSVILLE, Ky. (June 7, 2022) – On Friday, June 17, the Magoffin County Family Resource Youth Services Coalition (FRYSC) will host the Summer Luau, a free community event combining family entertainment with important health screenings and resources, at Salyersville City Park.
The event is in partnership with WellCare of Kentucky, a leading provider of government-sponsored managed care services to families, children, seniors, and individuals across the state.

•COVID-19 vaccinations. WellCare of Kentucky Medicaid members can earn $100 in gift cards for getting vaccinated

WHY: Many Kentuckians experienced disruptions to scheduling critical preventive screenings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
WellCare of Kentucky is partnering with community organizations like Family Resource Youth Services Coalition of Magoffin County to help connect communities with life-saving health screenings and resources for the whole family. Together with community partners, they are bringing health resources – and family entertainment – to nearly 30 counties across the state.
