HWMS earns two second-place finishes at 3rd Outdoor Extravaganza

SALYERSVILLE — The Herald Whitaker Middle School archery team earned two second-place finishes during the 3rd Outdoor Extravaganza on Saturday, Nov. 4.

The Hornets placed second in both Bullseye and 3-D.

The HWMS archery team’s results from the 3rd Outdoor Extravaganza follow.

Team: 2nd – HWMS.
Middle School Boys: 3rd – Luke Montgomery, 4th – Brayden Lewis, 5th – John Martin Connelley.
3-D
Team: 2nd – HWMS.
Middle School Boys: 1st – Brayden Lewis, 2nd – Luke Montgomery, 4th – John Martin Connelley.
Middle School Girls: 4th – Kinley Montgomery.

NME places second: The North Magoffin Elementary archery team placed second in the 3rd Outdoor Extravaganza on Saturday, Nov. 4.

Hunter Lovely led the Panthers, finishing first in Elementary Boys.

Finishing directly behind Lovely, Seth Wright placed second in Elementary Boys for the Panthers.

Delivering another strong performance for North Magoffin Elementary, Noah Bailey placed fourth in Elementary Boys.
