Janet Diane Sanders Kennedy age 73 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the Community Hospice Care in Ashland, Kentucky. She was born January 01, 1948 at Conley, Kentucky to the late Bus and Christine Litteral Sanders.
Survived by one son, Terry and Pam Sanders, of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Melissa and husband, Frankie Bain, of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Newt and his late wife Barb Litteral of Tipp City, Ohio, Bobby and wife Tish Rice of Pounding Mill, Virginia, one sister, Patty and husband, Dave Powers of Huber Heights, Ohio, seven grandchildren, Channing Francis, Chastin Bain, Kiayam and Haley Bain, Terral Sanders, Tamika and (Brayden Rudd) Sanders, Colby and (Beth Joseph) Kennedy, Cole Kennedy, four great grandchildren, Deron Bain, Mia Sanders, Lincoln Bain, Lailee Bain, with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Janet is preceded in death by one son, Johnnie Lee Kennedy, Jr., and one brother, Richard Sanders.
Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 17, 2021 from the New Life Worship Center with William Paul Perkins officiating. Burial followed in the Litteral Family Cemetery at Rockhouse, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
