Janice Sue McDaniel Allen age 62 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the Sumner Regional Hospital in Gallatin, Tennessee. She was born January 01, 1959 in Knox, Indiana to the late Henry and Mary Allen McDaniel.
Survivors include, two sons, Doug (Aaron) Allen, Tony (Amanda) Allen, both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Sarah (Eric) Howard of Gallatin, Tennessee, five brothers, Allen McDaniel of Michigan, Ervin McDaniel, Ronald McDaniel, Roger McDaniel, Harold McDaniel, all of North Justice, Indiana, two sisters, Joyce McDaniel of Jackson, Kentucky, Annetta Hale of North Justice, Indiana, nine grandchildren, Hailey Blackburn, Daniel Allen, Shae Allen, Clara Allen, Liliana Grace Howard, Isaiah Howard, Madison Howard, Jacob Howard, and Olivia Howard.
Janice is preceded in death by her parents, husband, James Philip Allen, two brothers, Glen G. McDaniel, and Marvin Earl McDaniel.
Janice was a homemaker and a member of the Burgett Community Church.
Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Ward “Etsie” Allen and Alvin Allen officiating. Burial followed in the Howard-Allen Cemetery at Craft Creek, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
