SALYERSVILLE — The Magoffin County High School football program will honor its seniors prior to the start of the Hornets’ Class 3A, District 8 game versus Belfry on Friday, Sept. 23.
Senior Night festivities will begin at 6:45 p.m. The parents of seniors can begin setting up their tables at 4 p.m.
Several seniors were among the leaders for Magoffin County throughout the first half of the 2022 high school football season and continue to help lead the Hornets.
The first half of the Hornets’ 2022 gridiron campaign included back-to-back wins over Knott County Central and Bellevue.
Magoffin County is preparing to host Belfry for its final home game in the 2022 high school football regular season.
The Hornets will enter Senior Night 2-3 overall. Magoffin County has regular season games remaining versus Belfry, Floyd Central, Pike County Central, Clay County and Morgan County.
Kickoff for the Magoffin County-Belfry football game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
