BEATTYVILLE — The North Magoffin Elementary School and Herald Whitaker Middle School archery teams excelled in the 3rd Annual Heather Antle Memorial Tournament at Lee County High School on Saturday, Dec. 2.
Herald Whitaker Middle School placed second.
John Martin Connelley led the Hornets, placing first in the Middle School Male Division.
Finishing directly behind Connelley in the Middle School Male Division, HWMS archer Evan Reed placed second.
Behind Reed, Luke Montgomery finished fourth in the Middle School Male Division.
Following Montgomery in the Middle School Male Division, Brayden Lewis placed fourth.
North Magoffin Elementary finished first.
Seth Wright led the Panthers, finishing first in the Elementary Male Division.
Behind Wright for the Panthers in the Elementary Male Division, Hunter Lovely placed second.
Delivering another strong performance, Ella Arnett placed second for the Panthers in the Elementary Female Division.
