SALYERSVILLE – A school board candidate pulled off the ballot last week.
On September 1, the Magoffin County Court Clerk’s office announced that Vincent Minix had withdrawn from the school board District 4 candidacy.
Minix was running against the incumbent, Jesse Rudd II, who now runs unopposed. Also in the school board race, Rodney Ward is running unopposed to retain his seat for Magoffin County School Board District 1.
