Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at his home. He was born June 05, 1946 in Vest , Kentucky, to late Daniel “Doc” and Ida Risner Patrick.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Reed Patrick, one son, Christopher (Sarah) Patrick of Georgetown, Kentucky, one brother, Burley (Henrietta) Patrick of Michigan City, Indiana, three sisters, Beulah (Bobby) Gayheart, Easter Banks, Gracey Amburgey all of Lebrun, Kentucky, four grandchildren, Morgan Patrick (Phil) Wells, Austin Patrick, Amaya Patrick, Connor Patrick, two great grandchildren, Addison Patrick, and Emilia Wells.
In addition to his parents, Burnis is preceded in death by two sisters, Gertrude Ritchie, and Ruby Patrick.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, May 07, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Mitchell and Phillip McKenzie officiating. Burial followed in the Reed Family Cemetery at Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
