James Mullins, Jr., age 77 of Richmond, Kentucky formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 24, 2024 at his home. He was born September 9, 1947 at Tip Top, Kentucky to the late James, Sr., and Ruddell Bowen Mullins.
Survived by his wife, Linda Hensley Mullins, one son, Chris Mullins of Irvine, Kentucky, six daughters, Julie Ann Mullins of Irvin, Kentucky, Paula Lynn (Arnie Lee) Stevens, Jennifer Mullins both of Richmond, Kentucky, Lisa Mullins, Patricia Mullins, Linda Sue (Kelly) Tolson all of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, two brothers, Paul Terry Mullins of Campton, Kentucky, Eugene Mullins of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, one sister, Elsie Mae Keith of Florida, fifteen grandchildren, Crystal Purvis, Josh Patton, Jonathan Fike, Andrea Mullins, Brandon Mullins, Tyler Fike, Kari Mullins Lawson, James Gregory Mullins, Lee Clay Cundiff, Jessica Renee Cundiff, Tony Wheeler, Ashley Wheeler, Kimmi Givens, Kenny Morrison, Natasha Lynn Adkins, and 29 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, James, Jr, is preceded in death by one son, Gary Mullins, one brother, Bill Mullins, and one sister, Bobby Trusty.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, October 28, 2024 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Reed officiating. Burial followed in the Tip Top Cemetery at Tip Top, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
