SALYERSVILLE — Young area football players will have an opportunity to experience football under the lights on a Friday night soon. The Friday Night Lights Youth Football Camp is set to be held at Magoffin County High School from 7 p.m.-10 p.m. on Friday, June 19.
Registration will start at 6 p.m. on the day of the camp.
Students entering second grade-eighth grade are eligible to attend the camp, which will be under the direction of Magoffin County Coach Nathan Perkins and his coaching staff.
During the camp, campers will have an opportunity to participate in drills with current Magoffin County High School football players and alumni who are currently competing at the next level.
The cost for the camp is $20 per child.
Concessions will be available throughout the camp.
